Skipping the Gym? You are Not The Only One.

People are now looking for more ways to get fit besides going to the gym. Small Group training with personal trainers are becoming more popular with companies like OrangeTheory Fitness, Flex Fitness and Performance, and many other gyms alike.

Exercise is becoming more common between Americans due to the unhealthy habits that comes with work, fast food or being consumed by technology. According to the NIDDK, more than one-third (35.7 percent) of adults are considered to be obese. That number is on the rise and will continue to rise unless we do something about it. Treadmills and optical machines have stopped working a long time ago, as many Americans start to plateau and get little to no challenge which leads to minimal results and causes one to quit.

Group Training with Personal Trainers becoming more popular

When personal trainers are present, a sense of support and psychologic desire to perform better is often apparent. This does not help people get in shape but it keeps them accountable, dedicated and feel supported by not only the trainer but also peers. This peer support and guidance which gyms lack unless you pay an arm and leg for a personal trainer is being provided through a more affordable option which is group training.

Working outdoors and At Home on the rise

There are a plethora of resources and tools on the internet that can help individuals get in shape without a personal trainer (although it is not the same). Apps, millions of fitness videos and tons of articles such as this one is giving everyone the opportunity to exercise virtually anywhere. There are also easy-to-carry equipment such as resistance bands and light weight dumbbells that can be purchased at low price so needing a large number of machines is no longer a thing. Body weight, nature, and instruction are all that is needed to get in shape. More and more people are at parks not only engaged with Pokemon GO but GOING hard getting in shape.

Mobile Personal Training Companies are on the Rise

We are in a new age, the age of technology which enables us to work more with less effort. Everything is structured to make our lives easier, so we are getting more and more lazy. Mobile gyms and in-home training provides a more convenient option for busy individuals who want to get in shape around their schedule, budget, and at different locations. This is not only more convenient than having to drive to the gym but also more entertaining. Why be stuck in a gym everyday after coming from the cubicle at work? Why not lay back at home and wait for your trainer to get there or better yet, go to the beach and exercise.

Companies Such as FLEX FITNESS AND PERFORMANCE, GYMGUYZ, AND SOFLOFITANDWELL are now leading the market as the world's major mobile personal training companies.
