Day 1: July 4th, 2017
Before we began, we set a goal. The goal was set by analyzing capabilities, admitting past mistakes and taking account weaknesses. This is was the goal:
Ashley's goal is to get leaner, stronger and overall healthier by changing eating habits and exercising regularly in effort to lose 30 lbs within the next 3-6 months.
