WHAT IS OUTDOOR Fitness Training ?

A 60 min long one-on-one personal training session that can take place at any location in the nearby community based on the preference of the personal trainer and acceptance of the client. Trainers can choose where the sessions take place on a daily basis based on availability, current weather or convenience. The location which sessions can take place is as listed: Local Parks, Beaches, Gyms, Pools, Open Empty grass areas, apartment gyms, Hills and sand areas, trials, college campuses, churches, lake setting on a canoe etc. These sessions are “MOBILE”, which implies that it can occur at any place at a desired time if it fits both the client and trainer’s needs.
