Day 1: December 4, 2017

Before we began, we set a goal. The goal was set by analyzing capabilities, admitting past mistakes and taking account weaknesses. This is was the goal:

Chanae's Goals include being more active and toning up. Work out 3-4 Times a week and decrease body fat percentage.

WEIGHT: 206.4
