Trainer's Notes On Progress

Before we began, we set a goal. The goal was set by analyzing capabilities, admitting past mistakes and taking account weaknesses. This is was the goal:

It's the first month, it's not suppose to be easy. It's the first month, you will doubt yourself, you'll start thinking the weight will never come off. It's a uphill battle deciding to let go of the Special K cereal or veggie chips but its battle that you can win. It Is a change, it is HARD. GO THROUGH IT!

What happens when you lose 10 Pounds? You get excited, some of the doubts start to go away, but little did you know, the temptations never go away. So you try your best to stay on course, to not fall back to old eating habits. I say, HOLD ON!

There were tears this month, plenty of disappointment within Farlon as she felt that she let her self down because of not losing another 10lbs like she planned. However, I reminded Farlon that this journey is a long one and you have to be willing to face defeat even though it seems like defeat, its not. Your weight is no the only indication of your progress.
