Day 1: December 19, 2017
Before we began, we set a goal. The goal was set by analyzing capabilities, admitting past mistakes and taking account weaknesses. This is was the goal:
Lisa's Goal is get back into a realistic, varied exercise schedule in order to get back to her regular workout regimen. In doing so, she hopes to achieve the following:
