3 Reasons Why you Are not Seeing Results From Your Workout Plan


Sweat after sweat, workout after workout. Still no results. It can get really frustrating when things don't go your way after a few weeks into your workout routine. That frustration can build into disappointment which can often result in quitting. Don't worry, you can decrease your chances of giving up by ensuring that you can see results day to day from your workout routine. Below are three reasons why most people do not see results :

1.Lack of challenge or intensity

Getting too comfortable with your workout routine and not increasing the loads, repetitions and effort is often the number one reason why you aren't where you want to be. Comfort is the recipe that will help you remain the same, the element of change is discomfort. Unless one can learn to challenge and escape from his/her comfort zone, no change will occur. Hence, it is imperative to alter an increase the intensity of your exercises by engaging in circuit and high intensity interval training.

2. Not Keeping up with Nutrition

Nutrition is what controls your energy level, capability for your muscles to grow and the fuel of life. Hence. there is no question when it comes to how pivotal it is to eat right and remain healthy. No matter what your fitness goal is, whether it is muscle growth, toning or weight loss, nutrition will be the building block of your success. Hence, take more responsibility of what goes in to determine what radiates out through your physical appearance.

3. Lack of Consistency

At the end of day, success is not a possibility without the proper dedication, drive and consistency. If you want to look and feel a certain way, you have to create a schedule, plan and pave a pathway that you will get you there.
