Healthy and Affordable Grocery Shopping List

Everyone wants to be healthy until it is time to go grocery shopping. Living the healthy lifestyle starts with a decision, after making that decision, you have to be dedicated and structured to stay on track. The number 1 reason why most of us don't eat healthy is due to the lack of cooking, time or a combination of both. Being healthy is simple; eat from the earth, not industrial machines. Living in a society where everything is either processed or chemically modified, it is a difficult task to thrive away from the typical norm of unhealthy eating habits.

Here a few items you can include in your grocery list to live healthier (This list isn't tendered for those looking to lose weight, it is a general shopping list):

  • Grapefruit

  • GMO free Chicken Breast

  • Broccoli

  • Sweet potatoes

  • Oatmeal (Skip the cereal)

  • Eggs ( Whole or Brown)

  • Tuna

  • Peanuts (For Snacking)

  • Avocado

  • Brown Rice

  • Lima Beans

  • Spinach

  • Salmon
