Fitness is not a set of exercises that make up a workout session, it is self expression, passion and desire to improve that should be expressed when working out. Fitness is a lifestyle, it should be in sync with your body, mind, and spirit. It starts from the nutrtion you intake to the last rep you do at 11 PM after your 8 hour shift. Once you experience fitness as part of your lifestyle, it is no longer an appointment or work to exercise but a daily required function in which you find a place of peace, gain strenght and aspire for greatness.
